Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were stunning - spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a decadent bathroom and an incredible walk-in shower. The 5-star level of service from everyone, from reception to the waiting staff in the restaurant, was outstanding. However, the dining experience was a little pricey, and there might have been some noise issues to address. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was a mix of luxury with historical charm in a central location, offering great service but with average dining options. The rooms were well-appointed, but a bit stuffy at times.
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience of my room at the hotel, although it could use a refurbishment. The service provided by the reception staff was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location lived up to my expectations, offering a luxurious experience away from the recent events happening in the area. The dining experience was excellent, providing a variety of delicious options. The facilities added to the overall positive experience despite some inadequacies.
The hotel is absolutely fabulous with luxuriously furnished rooms, boasting historical features from its time as council offices; however, the rooms need updating and were not consistently stocked up with essentials like milk and teabags. The service was great and very attentive, despite some communication issues related to holding deposits. The location is second to none, offering top-rated views and a warm welcome with a cold flannel upon arrival. The dining experience was first-class, though the prices were a bit steep. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall luxury of the stay.
